Numerous truck yards in the old dairy section of Ontario have been operating for years with no permits. Thousands of trucks park / operate / contaminate in these farms with no regulation. The City is well aware of these issues and has taken little to no action. Dust, oil , diesel, and all get into the water run off and go into the nearby Prado Dam. This needs to STOP
