This site mysteriously appeared during the pandemic without any public bidding process for outrageously low rent. The site did not have to go through any permitting processes nor was required to make any improvements such as paving, landscaping, screening, or any water run plans. Trucks water run off contaminated with oil, diesel, and dust flow freely into our sewers with no mitigation. Millions in lost revenues have been stolen from the residents while our environmental regulations go unchecked.
