This yard suddenly appeared in the last 3 months out of nowhere. What used to be an empty lot used for Christmas trees turned into a truck yard next to the San Gabrial River. No paving, no improvements, no water run off basins appear visible. How did this yard get its Conditional Use Permit so quickly? We don't see any council meetings or information on how this site popped up out of nowhere. Trucks kicking up dust and leaking oil next to the river bed is absurd. How is this being allowed?
