The site is contaminated and has sat vacant for years. Located next to an adult learning center this site mysteriously became occupied by Mr. C's towing with no traceable permitting process. The site next door was not approved to our understanding as a truck yard but this site somehow is operating. How did this happen so quickly and where was the public's opportunity to voice their opinion?
